• The information you are providing for course registration, such as name, address, email, and last four digits of your Social Security Number, will also be used to report your completion to the Florida Department of Financial Services.  If there are any changes to this information before you apply for your license, please let me know as soon as possible.  The information you provide here must match with the information you provide to register for your license with the Florida Department of Financial Services.
